Privacy policy.

This policy details how AlphaBridge Sàrl collects, uses and protects personal data, in compliance with the new Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, since 1.9.2023) and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected

During your visit and your contact request, the following data may be collected:

  • Technical data necessary for the operation of the site (partial IP address, browser type, pages visited) — retained for a maximum of 30 days.
  • Data provided through the contact form (last name, first name, e-mail, optional phone, profile, message).
  • Data exchanged in the context of a pre-contractual or contractual relationship, if applicable.

No data is collected without your knowledge. No third-party tracking cookie is placed in v1 of the site.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Reply to your requests — performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 31 para. 2 let. a FADP; Art. 6 para. 1 let. b GDPR).
  • Comply with our legal obligations (Art. 31 para. 2 let. e FADP; Art. 6 para. 1 let. c GDPR), in particular regarding the fight against money laundering (AMLA, AMLO, AMLO-FINMA).
  • Site security and fraud prevention — legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 31 para. 2 let. d FADP and Art. 6 para. 1 let. f GDPR.

Retention periods

  • Contact data submitted without follow-up: 12 months maximum.
  • Data related to a contractual relationship: 10 years after the end of the relationship, in accordance with Art. 7 AMLA.
  • Anonymised technical logs: 30 days maximum.

Processors

We use the following processors, governed by appropriate contracts:

  • Resend Inc. (United States) — sending of transactional e-mails.
  • Hostinger International Ltd (Cyprus) — hosting of the contact@alphabridge.ch mailbox.
  • Cloudflare Inc. (United States) — DNS, network protection, web application firewall.
  • Vercel Inc. (United States) — hosting of the website.

Transfers outside Switzerland / outside the EU are governed by approved standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

Your rights

You have the following rights at any time: access, rectification, deletion, opposition, restriction of processing, portability. To exercise them, write to contact@alphabridge.ch. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) — Feldeggweg 1, 3003 Bern, Switzerland — or with any competent European authority if you reside in the EU.
